As a fitness professional, health and wellness are essential. The overall physical, mental, and emotional state of each person matters. Exercise science is an umbrella of health essentials. As an exercise scientist, my focus revolves around the physical, psychological, and physiological aspect of exercise. My goal is to translate the education into application. Young Living encompasses all three aspects of health and wellness. The community serves a holistic approach that understands the science and structure of healthy living.
As a former athlete, exercise and training was the end all of success. Nutrition was a factor, but only to energize and fuel for competition. The mental aspect of nutrition was something I learned about through my undergrad and certification process. What we put in and on our bodies is just as important as the external stimuli. Through Young Living, I hope to educate and inspire a community of healthy individuals!
